happy birthday, june marie!

Yesterday, a small group of friends bound by a life-changing journey shared an afternoon on the Katy Trail riding through "June Marie's Mystical Mile" ... aptly named in honor of the one who brought us all together through her courageous battle with cancer.

June loved the Katy Trail... she loved cycling... she loved her family and friends... she loved life. We miss you June Marie... The cinematography is compliments of Jenn, one of the fine friends in our party. In the spirit of full disclosure... I can already see it coming. This page will most likely evolve into one of those *first day of school* photo albums... same images, year after year... just older looking folks, and a change of seasons around us.

Jenn and Jim and I enjoyed spending some time today in June Marie's Mystical Mile. It was a beautiful day for a ride... sixty-ish and sunny. Below are a few images from the day...
